Or if you really don't care too much.sand it out, spray base coat, spray clear coat. it's like thinned out paint thinner and will melt the clear you sprayed into your factory clear. get a clour match can (i know canadian tire caries them, dunno about in the states) do 2 medium coats close up then spray one a little further away to let the metallics fall and spread out. run your hand over it so it doesn't feel wavy or anything.just get it smooth. get a can of primer, prime it then sand the primer with 400 or 600. Since it's in a spot that's not very noticeable, take a DA with 220 and sand it out.keep going up to like 320, 400 and feather it out till it's smooth. if you want it looking new then take it to a shop. anything other than that gonna look shitty. then prime, paint, and reclear the entire bumper. you can down plastic until it's smooth since it's just plastic and hasn't cracked.
